The 68 acre project features major tenant anchors as well as two public plazas, each unique to itself. One plaza features a biofiltered pond and water fall with seating. La Canada Towne Center – La Canada, CA

This 12 acre new development located at Foothill Blvd. and Angeles Crest Highway has been in the planning stages for over 10 years. The Owner was not successful in getting the development approved through the City. Eventually the City embarked on creating the Downtown Village Specific Plan which scoped the project and allowed for development.


Stoneridge Towne Center – Moreno Valley, CA

The project is a retail power center anchored by the first Super Target built in California. The site features a “Main Street” element where restaurants and shops are accessed by paseos from site parking as well as head in parking. Burbank Empire Center – Burbank, CA

Burbank Empire Center is a 50-acre Commercial Retail Power Center located at Empire Avenue and the Interstate 5 Freeway. The Empire Center is the commercial retail element of the 100+ acre City of Burbank Redevelopment Agency plan for the revitalization and 'Brownsfield' reclamation of the old Lockeed Aircraft Facility. HAI developed unique planter and drainage
