Project Description
Packwood Creek is a 60-acre commercial retail power center located in Visalia, California. The center itself is actually comprised of two separate retail centers, which were divided into two phases. Phase One comprised of the center to the east of Mooney Boulevard and Phase Two is to the west. Hirsch & Associates, Inc. provided design development, construction documents, cost estimating, project bidding and construction administration services for both phases of the project.
