Project Description

The 68 acre project features major tenant anchors as well as two public plazas, each unique to itself. One plaza features a biofiltered pond and water fall with seating. The pond contains a silo which ignites at night creating a “camp fire”. The second plaza features a four sided gas fireplace with seating on all sides. Overhead trellis bring the scale to pedestrian between buildings. Mature Oaks were planted from 120” box containers and drought tolerant plantings create a drought tolerant garden. The connectivity of all shops and anchors to the plazas is accomplished with natural stone hardscape and trellises along the pedestrian path of travel.
