This 12 acre new development located at Foothill Blvd. and Angeles Crest Highway has been in the planning stages for over 10 years. The Owner was not successful in getting the development approved through the City. Eventually the City embarked on creating the Downtown Village Specific Plan which scoped the project and allowed for development.
