Project Description
The project is a retail power center anchored by the first Super Target built in California. The site features a “Main Street” element where restaurants and shops are accessed by paseos from site parking as well as head in parking. Two plazas provide outdoor room seating as well as a fountain. HAI designed site retaining walls, landscape, irrigation, fountain, hardscape and plazas.
