Project Description
Barnes Park is an existing 30 year old, 7+ acre neighborhood park. The goal of the City of Baldwin Park was to improve the old city park design and provide new recreation opportunities for the surrounding community. New amenities based upon community input, included a 3,400 sqft community center, a tot lot and school aged play structure, a splash pad water play feature, parking lot, picnic areas and shade structures.
