The 68 acre project features major tenant anchors as well as two public plazas, each unique to itself. One plaza features a biofiltered pond and water fall with seating. The pond contains a silo which ignites at night creating a “camp fireâ€. The second plaza features a four sided gas fireplace with seating on all sides. Overhead trellis bring the scale to pedestrian between buildings. Mature Oaks were planted from 120†box containers and drought tolerant plantings create a drought tolerant garden. The connectivity of all shops and anchors to the plazas is accomplished with natural stone hardscape and trellises along the pedestrian path of travel.Â
